Service Advisor

Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time Service Advisor. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our Service Department. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while ensuring they receive exceptional service from check in through vehicle delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers promptly and professionally Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Build strong, long term relationships with customers Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving department goals REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or another Customer Facing Role Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident personality Ability to multitask, and work effectively in a fast paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficientin computersystems and software BENEFITS: Competitive Pay Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Packages Available 401K Paid Holidays PTO days that increase with years of service #J-18808-Ljbffr
