Afterhours RN Care Manager – Gentiva Gentiva is seeking an Afterhours RN Care Manager to support home-based patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will triage calls, provide clinical guidance, coordinate urgent visits, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care at home.
