Boutique Law Firm Seeks Talented Associate Attorney We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing immigration practice in Seattle, Washington. We are open to both experienced immigration attorneys and candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in immigration law or eviction law. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities Direct courtroom and EOIR hearing experience from day one (no 'paper-pushing' role) Opportunity to lead federal litigation (habeas corpus, TROs, Ninth Circuit petitions) Ability to build and lead your own team as the immigration division scales Benefits Health benefits (or stipend until full plan rollout) Paid time off WSBA dues + CLE reimbursement Clear growth path to leadership and management role in the immigration division of the firm Performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes and firm growth Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (Washington preferred or ability to waive in) Immigration law experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
