Analyst Customer Support - Indianola, PA - Remote USA

Overview The Analyst Customer Support role provides comprehensive customer service across channels for business and end-consumer customers. Handles post-sale inquiries, including technical and non-technical issues, through remote support via phone, online chat, or text, as well as in-person assistance at distribution centers or service facilities. Ensures good customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively in compliance with consumer laws. Develops organization‑wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and creates improvement plans based on customer feedback and surveys to enhance service quality and satisfaction. Responsibilities Act as a major liaison for O2B activities between the RAD Business Unit, the SSO, and other operational entities. Monitor KPI and SLA performance. Process customer orders. Handle pricing resolution and prevent pricing issues in coordination with the Contracts Team, product availability, and supply chain. Operate with internal departments such as credit, sales, marketing, and logistics. Provide primary phone coverage and coordinate assignments with team members to maximize service levels. Maintain relationships with customer and sales organizations, including facilitating resolution of customer issues, handling orders and requests, capturing feedback, using systems to track consumption, and supporting field team requests. Serve as first‑line contact with customers, exercising independence and initiative to meet current and future needs while maintaining quality service and financial commitments. Design and participate in projects to increase operational efficiencies with corporate departments. Initiate and lead department‑wide process improvement recommendations, considering input from other teams, and provide performance feedback to O2B management and SSO team leads. Coaching and development of teammates to elevate performance. Maintain accounts with Sales, including supply‑chain activities, contract reviews, quotes, pricing reports, and contract information. Execute Data Governance responsibilities to support MDG‑based customer master data requests in coordination with SSO Customer Master and Data Governance personnel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, or Customer Service operations with interaction with Sales, Finance, Credit, and Supply Chain; internships in related fields are acceptable. Skilled in interacting with multiple levels of internal and external personnel. Experience supporting other customer‑facing teams. Proficient with applicable systems, including SAP (and upgrades), Oracle BI Reporting, Vistex Contracting System, and EDI transaction sets. Understanding of healthcare business nomenclature. Strong knowledge of all phases of Supply Chain activity. Excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt to change, multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Active participation with sales force and customers to generate solutions and achieve joint goals. Salary and Benefits Employees can expect a salary between $52,960.00 and $79,440.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
