PROSTHODONTISTCompany: Bedi Dental Group Location: Central MassachusettsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $300000. - $400000.Our doctors receive 40% of their respective collections, while the office pays 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days.Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.Short and Long-term disability.401(k) with company match.Paid time off (PTO) and Holidays.A Path to Partnership.About the RoleBedi Dental Group is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Prosthodontist to join our established practice. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers. Here are a few ways that Bedi Dental supports its great team of doctors: Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the dental condition and needs of patients.Design, fabricate, and fit dental prostheses, including dentures, crows, and bridges.Perform dental implant surgeries and related procedures.Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure the proper creation of prosthetic devices.Conduct diagnostic tests and develop comprehensive treatment plans.Perform adjustments, repairs, and maintenance of dental prostheses.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care of prosthetic devices.Maintain precise and detailed patient records.Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in prosthodontics.Provide postoperative care and follow-up to monitor success of treatments.QualificationsBoard certification in proshodontics.Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree w/Pros residency.Specialized training in prosthodotics from an accredited program.A minimum of 2 years, out of University experience in a clinical setting.State licensure to practice dentistry.Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.Knowledge of the latest research in prosthodontal therapies.Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office setting.
