Your Role:

As a Patient Accounts Representative, you'll manage critical billing and reimbursement functions, serving as a vital link between patients, providers, and payers.

• Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve denials
• Communicate with patients regarding their accounts, balances, and insurance benefits
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance
• Maintain patient account records with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
