Health Source Group is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-to-one nursing care for students in school setting

Position Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one nursing care for students with medical needs
Assist and support students throughout the school day
Monitor student health and respond to medical needs
Administer medications and treatments as required
Maintain accurate health documentation
Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD and MMR documentation
• Ability to complete required Department of Education fingerprinting (required)
