Senior Vice President Marketing

Lead the next phase of brand and commercial growth for a nationally recognised organisation, shaping the marketing strategy across a network of 500+ locations in the US and UK.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Southern Florida.

THE COMPANY

Our client is one of the leading early childhood education providers in the United States, operating a large and growing network of preschool and childcare centres.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will lead the next evolution of our client’s brand and growth strategy. Taking a data-driven approach to marketing, you will strengthen customer relationships, drive commercial performance and support long-term growth across its network of centres.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape the future direction of the brand, ensuring consistency across national and local markets.
• Turn consumer insights, market intelligence and competitive trends into growth strategies.
• Own customer acquisition through digital marketing, paid media and other acquisition channels.
• Drive improvements across the customer journey, partnering with internal teams to strengthen performance at all stages.
• Build lifecycle strategies that deepen engagement, strengthen retention, increase referrals and improve customer lifetime value.
• Develop marketing strategies that support growth, strengthen local performance and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop scalable marketing tools and playbooks that support franchisee-operated centres without sacrificing brand consistency.
• Own a disciplined performance framework, guide investment decisions and improve return on marketing spend.
• Build a strong marketing function that supports business growth, working closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities and drive results.

This is a full-time position based in Southern Florida, with team members working together on site five days per week. As a result, hybrid and remote working arrangements are not available for this role.

THE PERSON

With significant marketing experience gained in consumer-facing, location-based businesses, you will have a proven track record of driving customer growth and delivering measurable commercial results. You will have experience building, evolving or revitalising brands, alongside a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

Ideally, you will have worked in businesses operating across multiple locations where customer growth, loyalty and long-term value are central to success.

You will be confident using data, analytics and customer insight to make informed decisions, optimise performance and maximise marketing investment. Equally comfortable setting strategy and delivering results, you will know how to turn ambitious plans into practical actions that drive growth.

You will have experience leading high-performing teams, managing significant budgets and working across functions to deliver complex initiatives. Strong commercial judgement, influential communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively at a senior level are essential.

Candidates with a background in media, entertainment, retail, subscriptions, hospitality or multi-location services would all be considered for this important role.
