MAIN PURPOSE: To deliver exceptional service, drive client retention, and grow revenue through strategic account management, proactive relationship development, and flawless execution of contracted services. This role is the cornerstone of client satisfaction for our Houston operations and a key driver of long‑term regional growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Target Achievements Set and exceed profit, retention, and performance targets in collaboration with the Business Manager. Grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand service scope. Service Account Management & Retention Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, owning the full client relationship. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through consistent engagement, performance reviews, and proactive communication. Oversee technical and operational delivery to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Conduct regular client visits and satisfaction reviews, including onshore/offshore site assessments. Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client's operational goals and service needs. Client Satisfaction & Delivery Ensure high‑quality execution of contracts and services across all assigned accounts. Provide regular performance reporting covering HSEQ, financial, and technical metrics. Manage change effectively and optimize operational processes to improve service delivery outcomes. Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they escalate. Business Development & Growth Identify and pursue new service opportunities within existing accounts and across adjacent industrial sectors. Leverage industry relationships to support lead generation and vendor approval processes. Ensure Altrad Sparrows remains an approved and preferred vendor with key clients. Collaborate with the Business Development team to support contract renewals and expansions. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy. Business Planning & Forecasting Own and execute business plans for assigned client portfolio. Manage account‑level budgets and forecasts in alignment with regional targets. Promote the full range of Altrad Sparrows services to maximize account value. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency. Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and working groups. Assist in identifying and hiring qualified personnel to support account needs. Safety & Compliance Champion a strong safety culture across all client engagements. Partner with HSEQ teams to ensure compliance with all safety standards and client requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in industrial services, service account management, and/or project management. Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and delivering against retention and growth targets. Strong network of industry contacts with transferable client relationships preferred. Technical understanding of industrial services and field operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
