Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred. Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed, adhering to safety guidelines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Clear background check and compliance with state regulations. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
