About This Role If you are looking for a role that combines your sales experience and passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you. We are seeking an experienced, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers. This role will be responsible For the Pacific Northwest and must be within commutable distance to our Tukwila, WA office. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment. Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer. Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management. Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects. Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in inside or outside HVAC sales or Technical Sales or HVAC technician experience. Ability to pass an MVR background check. Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Rental Industry experience. Salesforce experience. Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
