Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a fast-paced Urgent Care/ER setting. The role involves providing immediate patient care, managing urgent health issues, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage patients efficiently to determine urgency and prioritize care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Registered Nurse license active at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings.
• At least 2 years of overall outpatient nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• Must have flu vaccination (no declinations or exemptions).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
