CL A Truck Drivers Run 12 Days Home 2 All No Touch $1300-$1750+/WK (Full Time) Drivers earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM, plus a $0.03 CPM safety bonus based on experience. Average weekly mileage: 2100–3000 miles, varying with workload. All freight is no‑touch and includes a 55% drop‑and‑hook rate. Freight runs to all 48 states, with the majority on I‑35 and the east‑coast corridor. $2000 sign‑on bonus paid out in installments: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days, $500 at 60 days, and $500 at 90 days. Full benefits (medical, 401(k), vacation, etc.) begin after 30 days of employment. Trucks: 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia with APU and inverter. Drivers may have a rider and a pet with them from day one. Drivers may take the truck home during designated home time. Requirements Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40‑ft trailer; excludes trainer/school time). No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No major moving violations in the last 12 months. No major CMV accidents involving injury, jack‑knife, or rollover in the last 5 years. No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years. Cannot have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years. Cannot have more than 3 jobs in the last year. If terminated from a previous job for safety reasons, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
