Construction Assistant Superintendent

- Work alongside experienced industry leaders and mentors.
- Advance into field leadership on premier Class A hospitality projects.
- Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
- Communicate project updates and challenges to the Superintendent and project team.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Support in resolving on-site issues and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Experience with on-site construction management and coordination.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
