Position Details
Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-time
Salary: $25 - $30+ per hour, depending on experience/skills
Schedule: Full-time schedule with predictable hours and regular lunch breaks. 32 to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
• Provide exceptional nursing care from patient admission through discharge
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and diagnostics
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical and dental procedures
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate medical records
• Anticipate the needs of doctors and teammates to promote an efficient workflow
• Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with the entire hospital team to deliver exceptional patient care
