Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Product Manager – AI Solutions on our Product Marketing Team in Austin, Texas, Round Rock, Texas; Hopkinton, Massachusetts or Seattle, Washington. You will: Oversee product management and agent development: Partner with business leaders and working teams to convert high level business outcomes into use cases, requirements, and mockups that enable us to align on new AI experiences and enhancements to existing AI experiences. Drive rapid feasibility analysis, prototyping, agent building, and user testing to optimize AI experiences. Own product deployment: Constantly identify and deliver innovative ways to drive deep awareness and adoption of AI tools, agents, and capabilities. Nurture evangelism and leverage a network of AI forward functional team members to accelerate innovation to the edge. Drive awareness and training around AI solutions, enabling outcomes in each part of our business user community. Monitor platform capability enhancements to align them with evolving user needs. Lead and collaborate with 10+ IT and technical teams to integrate new data sources, develop implementation plans, resolve challenges. Assess, organize and regulate new data sources before prioritizing them for AI Integration with governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and compliance. Define, track, and report key adoption and performance metrics, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value and align with Finance-driven ROI targets. Deep AI proficiency and a strong technical foundation, with hands‑on experience deploying third‑party AI/LLM tools in enterprise settings. Product management experience demonstrating the ability to drive iterative optimizations, testing, and course corrections for scalable results. Data integration and governance experience working with unstructured data, enterprise content sources, and ensuring data integrity. Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution. 8+ years of related experience Ability to influence others to achieve results and to work effectively with senior leadership Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
