Key responsibilities Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong client pipeline Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development and client retention efforts Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and deliver data-informed marketing proposals Required qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth Proven ability to manage a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close Strong prospecting skills utilizing phone, email, social media, and networking Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
