Legal Secretary (Bilingual)

D. Romero Law is currently hiring a full-time legal receptionist. If you are passionate about helping people and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! Must be bilingua l (Spanish and English). Good organizational and communication skills Must have one (1) year of immigration or law office experience. Must have a professional image. Answering calls & processing payments. Updating clients on the status of their cases. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. You must be punctual and dependable. Assist with simple immigration cases. No medical/dental benefits are offered at this time. Paid vacation and sick time. We are a small law firm with a relaxed atmosphere. Work hours can be flexible to meet the right candidate's needs. This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekends. Salary: $19 to $23.00/hour, DOE.
