Job Description

Looking for a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in specialized educational programs? Behavior professionals are needed for an on-site assignment focused on both Autism and Early Years initiatives. This position offers the chance to make a lasting impact by collaborating closely with dedicated educators and supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • For BCBA roles: Active BCBA certification is required; school-based experience is highly preferred.
  • For Behavior Specialist positions: DE PARA Permit required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a background working in ABA programs, ideally while pursuing BCBA certification.
  • Strong skills in behavioral support within school settings.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams.
  • Experience with program development, data collection, and implementation of behavioral interventions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support for Autism and PreK/Early Years programs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
  • Train and consult with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP and program planning.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and ethical guidelines for behavior analysis.

Role Details:

  • Full-time, on-site position (no remote work).
  • Assignment dates: August 24, 2026 – June 16, 2027.
  • Day schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work within four Autism Programs and three Early Years/PreK settings.
