You'll create policies and procedures that keep things running efficiently and support continuous quality improvement.What You'll Actually DoHire, train, and guide your patient services team and supervisorsSet staffing levels based on patient needs, workflow, and clinical demandsSpot and de-escalate patient concerns before they become bigger problemsPartner with Quality and Compliance to keep the clinic aligned with state and federal requirementsKeep patient flow and care coordination running smoothlySet KPIs for customer service and model what excellent patient care looks likeManage outside agency inspections and help navigate audits or corrective plans (CARF, OBHL, RHBA, state, DEA, fire, and alarm)Work with your Clinical Coordinator on grievances, appeals, and complaints from clients or oversight agenciesRequirementsHigh school diploma required2+ years in behavioral health or health services preferredPrior supervisory experience or experience leading a team — requiredNotice to Wisconsin EmployeesAll new hires must provide proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccinations, and should have a current flu vaccine or be willing to get one.
