Customer Service & Sales Representative | Full-Time | Entry Level
Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, providing great Customer Service, and creating great customer experiences?
Our Customer Service & Sales Representatives work directly with customers in a retail environment. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from Customer Service, Sales, hospitality, restaurants, or retail who wants to develop new Customer Service and Sales skills and grow professionally.
What You'll Do:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing excellent Customer Service
- Learn about customer needs and provide Customer Service and Sales solutions
- Answer customer questions and explain products and services
- Create a positive Customer Service and Sales experience
- Assist customers throughout the Sales process
- Provide personalized Customer Service throughout each customer interaction
- Build positive customer relationships through Customer Service and Sales
- Work toward individual and team Sales and Customer Service goals
- Participate in Sales and Customer Service training and professional development
