Sales Development Rep

Full-Time Job International Business, International Business, Marketing & Communications Parachute Commerce is an Amazon and TikTok Shop growth agency that helps physical product brands scale past a revenue plateau. What You’ll Do Cold call and prospect physical product brand owners (Amazon sellers, Shopify/TikTok Shop owners) doing roughly $10k-$50K+/month in revenue with 1–20 SKUs who have plateaued and need growth help Run outbound outreach across phone, email, and other channels to build a consistent pipeline Qualify leads against our ideal client profile before pushing them further into the funnel Present Parachute Commerce’s services Handle objections, follow up persistently, and close signed agreements Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and pipeline status in our CRM Hit weekly/monthly activity benchmarks (calls made, conversations had, deals closed) Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or closing (B2B preferred) but not required Strong verbal communication, clear, confident, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum Self-motivated and comfortable working on 100% commission with no base pay or draw Reliable phone/internet setup and a quiet place to make calls Basic comfort with CRM tools and following a sales process Coachable, willing to use our scripts, objection-handling framework, and training as a foundation Nice to have (not required): Familiarity with Amazon, e-commerce, or DTC brands Past experience selling agency, marketing, or done-for-you services Compensation 100% commission, no cap on earnings Residual/recurring commission : because Parachute Commerce works on an ongoing commission model with clients, your income compounds as your closed clients continue to grow and stay on Top reps typically reach $3,000–$5,000/month within 2–3 months , and that income is recurring, not one-time Full training provided, scripts, objection handling, and a clear process to follow from day one Who Succeeds in This Role Someone who’s hungry, treats rejection as part of the job, and wants to build a real income stream rather than collect a paycheck.
