Job Description Job Description Salary: $18.00-$21.00 Med-Tech Full-Time Evening St. Joseph Residential Care Home is looking to hire a full-time evening Med Tech. Sign-on bonus of $ 1,500.00 for Med-Tech (full-time). St. Joseph Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Med Tech dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Youll use strong communication and organizational skills to administer medications, assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. Med-Tech Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies. Provide care in alignment with each residents individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes. Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Director of Nursing or Administrator, including family concerns or complaints. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment while addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Engage with residents in ways that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences. Complete documentation thoroughly and on time, including charts, reports, logs, and records. Med Tech Qualifications Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
