Automotive Office Manager

Job Description We are searching for a leader with strong time-management and organization skills, who can provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative staff, managing office supplies, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Office Manager processes and generates financial data to create a clear report of the accurate financial condition of the business. You will be responsible for the accounting office and administrative functions. Hours M-F 8-5 Responsibilities: Daily bank reconciliations; Incentive collections and reconciliations Enforce compliance in the accounting office; Approve time and attendance for the accounting teams Expense control support Assist the floorplan auditors Attend meetings Schedule cleaning Other duties may be assigned Requirements: Must be a team-player and develop strong relationships with all team members Knowledgeable on operational processes for dealerships Must have strong customer service and communication skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business Must be able to manage and enforce policies set in place Experienced in the automotive industry is required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Automotive Accounting: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Briggs Auto Group
