Dental HygienistAs a Dental Hygienist at Advanced Dental Center, you will serve as a key provider of preventive care and a trusted educator for our patients. You will partner closely with our doctors and team to identify periodontal and restorative needs early, support accurate diagnosis, and contribute to comprehensive treatment planning.This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to creating an outstanding patient experience.What You'll DoDeliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenanceEducate and motivate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and long-term oral healthPerform thorough assessments, including charting, periodontal evaluations, and radiographsIdentify and document potential restorative and periodontal concerns for doctor evaluationBuild meaningful relationships with patients to increase trust, case acceptance, and retentionMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with a supportive, team-driven clinical staffQualificationsAssociate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited programActive South Carolina Dental Hygienist License (required)Current CPR certification1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcomeLocal anesthesia certification and/or sedation experience is a plusStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetScheduleMonday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PMWednesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM No weekendsBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Supportive team culture and leadershipModern technology and systems to support your clinical success
