Regional Sales ManagerSeremoni is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the regional P&L for specialty foodservice and broadline distributor relationships within an assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager owns each distributor relationship directly, sets regional strategy grounded in market insight and sales data, and is accountable for regional revenue, margin, and distribution targets, reporting to the Senior Sales Director.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Market InsightsSet regional sales strategy and priorities based on market data and competitive analysis, for review and approval by the Senior Sales DirectorPrepare data-driven sales forecasts and budgets for the regionMonitor weekly and monthly sales, margin, and market trend data to identify risks and opportunities, and address underperforming distributor relationships earlyDistributor & Broadline Account ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with specialty foodservice distributors and broadlinersNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale tailored to each distributor's businessResolve distributor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptlyOwn performance scorecards for each distributor relationship, using data to hold partners accountableMarket ExpansionIdentify and pursue new distributor relationships within the region, prioritized using market dataRepresent Seremoni at trade shows and on direct headquarters-level sales calls with distributor buyersExpand Seremoni's distribution footprint and market reach through existing and new distributor partnersPrioritize markets where Seremoni's quality and traceability story commands a premiumGo-to-Market & Product SupportEducate distributor sales teams on Seremoni's product features, quality story, and best practices for foodservice applicationsPartner with Marketing on regional promotional activities and sales campaigns aimed at distributor partnersWork with Operations and QA to resolve regional service, quality, or fulfillment issuesCommunicate new product introductions to distributor partnersRegional P&L & Sales OperationsOwn the full regional P&L -- revenue, margin, and trade spend -- across all distributor accounts and productsTrack regional revenue, distribution, and margin performance against planMaintain CRM and distributor portal data to support accurate, data-driven decisionsREQUIREMENTSEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered5-7+ years of experience in sales management within foodservice and retail distribution, with direct experience managing distributor and broadliner relationshipsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through distributor partnersExperience in seafood or perishable protein sales strongly preferredKnowledge & SkillsStrong market analysis skills; able to translate distributor, competitor, and category data into regional strategyData-driven decision-maker; comfortable owning a P&L and using sales and market data to guide itProactive and self-directed, anticipating distributor and market needsStrong leadership presence; able to set direction and hold distributor partners accountableHighly organized; able to manage a complex, multi-account territory and a demanding travel scheduleStrong knowledge of foodservice distribution market dynamics, including how specialty and broadline distributors operate and buyIn-depth knowledge of seafood products - sourcing, quality, preparation methods, and sustainability practices - preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency with CRM tools and online distributor portalsComfort operating with real supply constraints (allocation, seasonality, perishability) and communicating trade-offs to distributor partnersWillingness to travel frequently within the region
