Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences. They set team morale, coach members when needed, and open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality, beverage service, and a safe environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older Availability for varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends Pass background check as required by local, state and federal law ServeSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training Valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations) **Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire. Location: 1698 28th St, Boulder, Colorado 80302 Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
