Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, acute illnesses, and mental health concerns with a patient-first approach.
• Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, and specialists to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation.
• Offer care in-person and virtually to accommodate patient needs and preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently hold) an active Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on preventive and proactive care.
• Comfort with value-based care models and interest in continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using EMRs and telemedicine platforms.
