Job Responsibilities: The Human Resources Co‑op is responsible to carry out a wide variety of duties for the Human Resources department with a focus on Human Resources processes, internal and external recruiting, BGM sponsored programs and providing value added support for the Human Resources Department members. Requirements: High School diploma or GED required Post‑secondary education preferred as either current student or recent graduate with 2‑ or 4‑year degree in HR or related field Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing preferred Ability to operate standard office equipment Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
