POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide top level customer service to customers.

Everyday engagement with both customers, field technicians and departmental managers

 

JOB DUTIES:

Answer phone calls for service requests – answer questions related to service requests or connect party to appropriate party for assistance

Create all service work order tickets and small job related paperwork

Schedule service request – using mapping apps if necessary

Dispatch service request to Electrical Technicians

Generate all service request invoicing and processing including the use of web portals and 3rd party paperwork in a timely manner

Generate service request work order reports monthly and as needed

Maintain communication and good working relations with customers and company personnel

Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers’ request

Field customer questions/calls/emails to ensure expectations are met.

Work closely with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals.

Update customer/work order notes and specifications

Prepare invoices for work orders and quoted jobs

Inform new customers of billing rates and specifications

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED

Strong customer service and people skills whether through email, phone or in person

Highly organized

Able to thrive individually as well as with a team.

Great multi-tasking and time management skills

Phone/email etiquette

Mathematical aptitude

 

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Winston-Salem, NC 27105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
