SKILLED LABORER
$24-$30/hr | YEAR-ROUND WORK | COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

If you've got experience in multiple trades and like staying busy, we've got work. We're hiring Skilled Laborers for commercial and industrial projects doing everything from metal panels and carpentry to drywall, insulation, and concrete work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work on commercial and industrial construction projects
• Install metal panels, trim, insulation, drywall, and other building materials
• Assist with concrete, carpentry, and general construction work
• Use hand tools and power tools daily
• Operate lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers when needed
• Help keep projects on schedule and jobsites safe

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience in 3 or more construction trades
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors year-round
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
