Job Details Seeking Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) in South Florida for Memorial Hospital Pembroke. The role offers an excellent work/life balance and a supportive work culture. Responsibilities Work as part of the Anesthesia Care Team, which consists of 5 anesthesiologists and 8+ advanced practice providers. Assist in general surgery, urology, orthopedic, ENT, plastic, podiatry, interventional radiology, gastroenterology, and minor vascular cases. Provide anesthesia care for patients in these areas; the department does not cover cardiac, neurological, thoracic, trauma, obstetric, bariatric, or major vascular procedures. Participate in a high-volume environment (approximately 4,600 cases annually). Support the team’s emphasis on evidence-based practices and continuous improvement. Qualifications Certification as an Anesthesia Assistant (CAA). If not already certified, a commitment to obtain certification within the required timeline.
