Drive digital transformation across Graduate Admissions with a strong focus on Slate CRM Administer, configure, and optimize Slate CRM Design workflows and deliver secure, scalable, intuitive admissions solutions Manage Slate integrations with SIS and other enterprise systems Use APIs, ETL processes, or middleware tools for integrations Analyze business processes and translate functional needs into technical requirements Manage multiple projects, including admissions cycle preparation and system enhancements Apply data governance, compliance standards, and best practices for student and admissions data systems Develop reports and dashboards in Slate for analytics, forecasting, and admissions decision-making Report to the Associate Director, Infrastructure Requirements Demonstrated experience administering Slate CRM, including configuration, workflow design, and platform optimization Proven ability to manage Slate integrations with SIS and other enterprise systems using APIs, ETL processes, or middleware tools Strong background in business process analysis and solution design Ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including admissions cycle preparation and system enhancements Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices related to student and admissions data systems Ability to develop reports and dashboards within Slate Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities in complex system environments Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management across technical and non-technical teams Attention to detail focused on data accuracy, system integrity, and security Strong organizational and project management skills Adaptability to evolving technologies, including Slate best practices and upgrades Availability to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Core Competencies Expertise in administering and optimizing Slate CRM, including workflow design and integration management with SIS and other systems.
