Restoration Partner Coordinator (Part-Time, Phone Outreach) — Riverside, CA

ICD Restoration, a division of Innovative Construction Designs (CSLB #1063371), is a Riverside general contractor that handles water damage, mold mitigation and reconstruction. We are hiring a part-time Restoration Partner Coordinator to build and keep up our network of referral partners — plumbing companies, HVAC contractors, plumbing supply houses and property management companies across the Inland Empire.

This is a phone job. You will call business owners, dispatchers and maintenance managers, introduce ICD Restoration, and book short in-person visits for our field team and the owner. You will not be selling to homeowners and you will not be closing deals. You are opening doors and keeping track of every conversation.

What you will do

- Call plumbing, HVAC and supply-house companies and book 10–15 minute drop-by visits for our superintendent on his route days

- Call property management and HOA management companies, find the person who manages vendors, and book vendor-intro meetings for the owner

- Send our capability sheet and vendor packet by email, then follow up until there is a yes or a no

- Run the 30-day check-in and card-restock calls with partners who already have our cards

- Log every call, contact and appointment in our trackers the same day — if it is not logged, it did not happen

- Give the owner a 3-line end-of-day summary and join a 15-minute Friday scoreboard review

What we are looking for

- 2+ years on the phone with tradespeople or business customers — dispatcher, CSR or office coordinator at a plumbing, HVAC, roofing or restoration company; insurance agency CSR; recruiter; or similar

- Comfortable asking for the owner by name and getting to the point in 15 seconds

- Organized — you keep a tracker current without being reminded

- Clear, friendly and professional on the phone and in short emails

- Reliable in-office attendance (this is not a remote position)

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

- Construction, plumbing or restoration industry experience is a plus

Schedule and pay

- Part-time, about 20 hours per week, weekday mornings (Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 am–12:00 pm; some flexibility)

- $20–$28 per hour depending on experience, plus activity bonuses for appointments that are held, partners that are activated and property managers that approve us as a vendor

- In-office at our Riverside location on Rubidoux Blvd; W-2 employee, paid through ADP on the regular payroll

- 90-day working trial. The right person can grow into a Restoration Coordinator role (intake, dispatch and partner management) as the division grows
