At Wellspring, we're looking for compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants who are passionate about serving older adults and individuals who need support, encouragement, and exceptional care. As a member of our caregiving team, you'll provide hands‑on assistance while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve. Most importantly, you'll help individuals maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and sense of belonging. What Your Impact Will Look Like You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, patients, clients, and families while becoming someone they trust and look forward to seeing. You'll assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and other personal care needs while always protecting dignity, privacy, and independence. You'll provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support while helping people remain engaged, connected, and involved in the activities, routines, and relationships that matter most to them. You'll help create safe, welcoming environments whether you're working in a resident's home, an assisted living community, a skilled nursing center, or a hospice setting. You'll observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to nurses, supervisors, and other care team members to help ensure individuals receive the support they need. You'll work closely with caregivers, nurses, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members to provide compassionate, person‑centered care. Some days you'll be helping a resident prepare for a family visit. Other days you'll provide support with daily routines, assist with mobility, accompany someone to an activity, offer reassurance during a difficult moment, or provide comfort to a patient and family during an important chapter of life. Every day, you'll make life a little easier, a little safer, and a little more meaningful for the people you serve. What You'll Bring Current Michigan CNA certification preferred for Certified Nursing Assistant opportunities. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, hospice, skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance may be required for certain community‑based and hospice positions. Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
