Medicare Risk Adjustment CDI & Coding Specialist

Greater Good Health in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist to own retrospective CDI chart reviews, strengthen coding compliance, and optimize risk capture for our Medicare-focused care model. You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Performance to drive accurate coding and timely CMS submissions. You will design coding audits, resolve documentation gaps, and translate coding guidance for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Greatergoodhealth
