What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations while driving sales growth and operational performance
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through engagement, accountability, and recognition

• Foster a positive workplace culture centered around communication, respect, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety practices, labor expectations, and company policies

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience (QSR experience preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a reputation for integrity, accountability, and approachability

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements
