Veeva CRM Solution Architect

Expected to drive consulting and solutioning (specifically in area of implementation) of Veeva CRM platform for our LS NA Pharma and MedTech clients

Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead end to end solutioning of Veeva CRM platform implementation and roll-outs
• Lead functional consultancy for all Life Sciences specific CRM modules
• Drive business and technology solutions in terms of large transformation programs within the value chain segment at global LS companies
• Lead CRM side integration and interfaces architecture for CRM implementation and enhancements
• Solution Consultant for Veeva CM platform support and maintenance
• Define life Sciences CRM business processes, integration flows and configuration set-ups
• Lead Veeva CRM and Commercial Content Management (PromoMats and MedComms) proposal solutioning
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and underlying data assets and models
• Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Lead functional and technology solutions, thought leadership, proposal bids, PoV, marketing collaterals, white-papers, etc. in Life Sciences Commercial value chain
• Strong customer management experience (presentations, consulting, functional solutions, emerging trends, key business drivers, etc.)
• Enable mentoring and training on CRM platform and functional area for engagement teams

Qualifications:

(a) Skill Profile

• Experience in Life Sciences CRM business processes
• Strong Experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault (PromoMats and MedComms)
• Strong understanding and experience in implementing various CRM functional areas: Lead, Opportunity, Territory Alignment, KAM, Customer Management, CLM, KOL Management, Events Management, Sample Management, Order Management, Multi-Channel Content, Target List/ Cycle Plan, ToT Management, Veeva specific modules (Approved Email, Engage, Co-Browse, Veeva Network)
• Strong hands on experience on Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault (Commercial)
• Experience in New Affiliate related Setup/ Configuration
• Experience in Account Data Compilation, Load, Data Relationship, Alignment to users
• Preparation for End User Training (Training and LIVE Orgs)
• Experience in Development of ETL tool Interfaces for Data flow (inbound and Outbound)
• Experience of delivering 2-3 large scale Veeva CRM implementations at Big Pharma and / Med Devices
• Experience in leading solutions for large Pharma Veeva CRM deals and proposals
• Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, guidelines, and directives
• Strong analytical, consulting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
• Excellent communication, people management and customer facing expertise
• Clear thinking and articulation [presentation and written communication]
• Self-Motivated Candidate; excellent documentation skills

(b) Required domain expertise/capabilities

• In depth knowledge in Life Sciences CRM functional area
• Knowledge across Commercial value chain in Pharma, Medical Devices and Diagnostics (MDD), CRO and Consumer Health
• In depth knowledge/understanding of supporting IT landscape across major products/platforms and leading niche solutions (Veeva CRM)

(c) Educational Background

• B Tech/ M tech/ MS/ BE + MBA (Pharmaceutical Management, added advantage)

(d) Geo Experience

• Projects related to the following markets for global LS companies
• US [mandatory]
• EU and other global exposure [added advantage]
