Workplace Operations Manager

Seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Manager, Administration & Workplace Operations, the full-time role will oversee the day-to-day administration of the Burbank office, provide remote support for the New York office, and coordinate operations across additional locations, ensuring a consistent employee experience and effective workplace practices. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration and provide remote operational support for multiple locations Coordinate office services, supplies, and maintenance requests to maintain an organized work environment Oversee shared workplace resources and manage scheduling tools to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in administration, workplace operations, or related operational roles Minimum 2 years of experience with business or operational technology platforms Experience with expense reports, invoices, and budget-related administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other operational business systems Experience supporting onsite, hybrid, and remote workforces
