Operations Analyst

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations Analyst to join our eCommerce team and support leading brands across online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and eBay. In this role, you'll leverage data to drive inventory forecasting, marketplace performance, sales analysis, and supply chain optimization while helping ensure the operational success of our clients' brands across multiple retail channels. Inventory forecast gone sideways? No worries, you’re already diving into the data, connecting the dots, and coming up with solutions. Responsibilities include: Support the day-to-day management of both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts. Monitor catalog health, inventory levels, pricing, content, and compliance across multiple marketplace platforms. Analyze sales, traffic, inventory, and profitability, to identify trends and actionable insights. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel. Manage inventory planning and replenishment using NetStock and marketplace forecasting tools. Support marketplace operations including Mirakl-based platforms (Target+, Macy's, Best Buy, etc.). Research competitive products, keywords, and market opportunities using SmartScout and Helium 10. Identify listing issues, suppressed ASINs, Buy Box challenges, and catalog errors, partnering with internal teams to resolve them quickly. Assist with new product launches, promotional planning, and assortment optimization. Collaborate with Account Managers, Creative, Accounting and Ads teams to execute client initiatives. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field OR equivalent years’ experience Proven experience in Amazon catalog management and Marketplace operations Fluent in inventory forecasting & replenishment Experienced in sales reporting & dashboard creation Proven success in keyword research & SEO optimization Experience with competitive market analysis Ability to interpret data Strong process improvement and SOP creation skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills Experience supporting Walmart Marketplace, Target+, Best Buy Marketplace, Shopify, and TikTok Experience with inventory planning software such as NetStock Experience with reporting in PowerBI and NetSuite Familiarity with Mirakl marketplace platforms.
