Operations Analyst II As our Operations Analyst II, you will facilitate projects and work efforts to maintain processes, reporting, and efficiency improvements for the department. You will work independently and with business partners on moderately complex issues and projects. Key Responsibilities Support line of business initiatives and projects to ensure that Document Custody procedures and Investor/Agency guidelines are followed. Look for efficiencies and improvements to processes and make recommendations to management. Comply with Information Security and Records Management Policies. Demonstrate job‑relevant knowledge and essential skills to meet managerial expectations and competencies. Assess and provide analysis of reports requested by management accurately and on time. Assist relationship management by reviewing client agreements to create review checklists specific to clients’ needs, support client data transfers, and work to create automation to streamline the process. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, self‑motivated, and ability to multi‑task in a deadline‑driven environment. Experience with Document Custody’s processes and procedures.
