System Specialist

We are partnering with a growing Managed Services Provider that is looking to add a Systems Specialist to their team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, working on projects, and helping organizations modernize their infrastructure and cloud environments. Responsibilities Assist with the administration, maintenance, and support of SharePoint Online environments. Support the creation, organization, and management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions. Work with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and help implement SharePoint-based solutions. Assist with Microsoft 365 user administration, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Support client onboarding activities and Microsoft 365 deployments. Help execute SharePoint migrations, content organization projects, and collaboration initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and end-user issues. Assist with Intune device enrollment, policy management, and endpoint support. Document processes, configurations, and best practices. Provide technical support and training to end users on SharePoint functionality and collaboration tools. Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure and cloud projects as needed. Participate in project work while developing technical and client-facing skills Required Skills 1-3 years of IT experience with exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies. Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online administration or support. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Basic experience with Intune or endpoint management technologies. Understanding of SharePoint permissions, document management, and site administration. Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, switching, and VLAN concepts. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to learn, grow, and develop into a senior Microsoft 365 or SharePoint engineer.
