Your Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance benefits with speed and accuracy, and clearly communicate coverage to patients and the team.
• Ensure all new patient paperwork is complete and that insurance visit limits are accurately recorded in our system.
• Conduct routine audits of patient documentation and records.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment at the front desk and provide top-tier customer service.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, billing, and care plans.
• Collaborate with clinicians, billing, and coordination teams during meetings to share updates and ideas.
• Track key performance metrics such as evaluations, visits, and payment collection through reports and clinic stats.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience working in a medical, physical therapy, or wellness office setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with electronic medical records and patient management systems.
• A proactive mindset and an ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• An authentic passion for helping people feel seen, supported, and cared for.
