Parts Distribution Center SupervisorThe Parts Distribution Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and developing highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members. They will practice the Stellantis Leadership principles in a Parts Distribution Center while holding themselves and others accountable. The selected candidate will lead a team in daily activities, resolve problems, analyze root causes, and utilize Kaizen activities to drive continuous process and quality improvements, while ensuring a safe working environment for employees.Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativityEmbrace and practice FCA's Leadership Principles in World Class Logistics (WCL)Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and EnvironmentalProvide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as neededAnalyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasuresUtilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvementsFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior managementBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of relevant experience and/or bachelor's degreeAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customersAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in technical fieldManufacturing supervisory experienceDemonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team membersExperience working in a union environmentStrong background in LEAN manufacturing systems
