Service Manager - Tulsa, OK
Are you a seasoned leader ready to take the next step in your career? A top-tier Tex-Mex restaurant group is looking for a Service Manager to join their team and oversee daily operations in Tulsa, OK. This role is a crucial part of the management team, responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences while meeting organizational goals in sales, service, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests receive top-notch service.
- Oversee food quality standards, ensuring recipes, portioning, and preparation meet company guidelines.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture through effective training and leadership.
- Manage operational finances, including labor costs, inventory, and profit goals.
- Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and maintain required reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing FOH team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years).
- Proficient in POS systems, payroll, scheduling, and basic restaurant financials.
- Ability to lead and manage in a high-energy, service-oriented environment.
- Certifications in Food Service and Alcohol Service (or ability to obtain).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
