Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalized service. Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions. Maintain and balance a cash drawer. Assist customers with debit cards, online banking, and other digital services. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services. Protect the privacy and security of customer information. Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Fill in at other branch locations as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Previous cash handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team‑oriented mindset. Customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
