The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Review and verify invoices for compliance with company policies and procedures Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with vendors and internal teams Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH transactions, and check runs Monitor and maintain vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments Reconcile accounts payable records and assist with month-end close activities Maintain vendor information, payment terms, tax documentation, and account records Partner with project managers and operations teams to track job costs and vendor activity Support continuous improvement efforts within the accounts payable function Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and relationship-building skills Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Work Environment This position is primarily office-based with occasional visits to project sites as needed. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with operational teams and working in a dynamic environment supporting multiple projects.
