This role is designed for a confident litigator who thrives in the courtroom, exercises strong judgment under pressure, and values both autonomy and structure in practice. You will manage cases from initial strategy through resolution, including trial where appropriate. Our model is built to support attorneys with clear systems, defined workflows, and a steady stream of qualified matters—allowing you to focus on practicing law at a high level rather than chasing or managing intake.
