Position Summary We are seeking high-caliber, hospitality-driven Premium Servers to deliver elevated service experiences across multiple Live Nation premium environments including Backyard VIP, Vinyl Room, and Box & Suite service. This role is fast-paced, highly interactive, and requires both refined service skills and the stamina to perform at a high level throughout an event. Premium Servers are responsible for creating a best-in-class guest experience anticipating needs, managing multiple steps of service, and delivering with precision, personality, and professionalism. Team members will be placed in roles that align with their strengths, with opportunities to work across multiple premium environments throughout the season. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-energy, guest-first hospitality while maintaining speed and accuracy in high-volume premium environmentsExecute full steps of service including greeting, order taking, delivery, table maintenance, and closing out tabs with zero errorService high-volume sections (up to ~40 guests) while maintaining organization, awareness, and professionalismEnthusiastically serve food, cocktails, U-Taps, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and speed using Square POS handheldsDeliver elevated wine, Champagne, and bottle service with confidence and proper presentationOperate across multiple premium environments including Backyard VIP, Vinyl Room, and Suites with adaptabilityExecute pre-orders and in-seat service using wearable technology systemsAnticipate guest needs, manage pacing, and provide consistent table touches throughout serviceConfidently upsell and use selective selling language based on menu knowledge and guest profileManage multiple tables, suites, or service areas while maintaining high table turnover and service standardsMaintain strong product knowledge across all food and beverage offerings, including premium and fan-segmented menusAccurately manage POS transactions, guest tabs, and closing procedures in a fully cashless environmentFollow responsible alcohol service standards, monitor guest behavior, and ensure safe service at all timesMaintain clean, organized, and presentation-ready service areas throughout the eventSet up and break down service areas including stocking, staging, and resetting for efficient executionCollaborate with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless and timely serviceTake ownership of assigned section and uphold high standards without constant supervision
