Position Summary We are seeking high-energy, detail-oriented Barbacks to support bar operations across multiple environments including high-volume plaza bars, beer gardens, stagehouse service areas, and premium/VIP cocktail bars. Barbacks are the engine behind the bar responsible for speed, organization, and ensuring bartenders can execute at a high level. This role requires urgency, accountability, and pride in execution. Team members may be assigned to different areas based on experience and operational needs, with opportunities to work across multiple bar environments throughout the season. Key Responsibilities Keep all bar stations fully stocked with beer, liquor, mixers, cups, garnishes, and disposables throughout service Maintain accurate awareness of inventory levels at assigned stations and proactively restock before shortages occur Assist with tracking product usage and support stand-level inventory accountability Support inventory control practices including proper storage, organization, and minimizing waste Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for all products to maintain freshness and reduce shrinkage Maintain consistent ice levels using proper scooping techniques and sanitation protocols Support bartenders by retrieving products, prepping garnishes, and assisting with service flow Assist with pre-show preparation including cocktail batching, station setup, and par-level stocking (premium/VIP areas) Maintain clean and organized workspaces including bar tops, storage areas, and back-of-house zones Clear empty cups, glassware, and trash to maintain a safe and clean working environment Coordinate with warehouse and supervisors for timely product replenishment during events Assist with CO2 tank changes and basic beverage system support where applicable Execute closing procedures including breakdown, cleaning, restocking, and securing product and equipment Take ownership of assigned areas, ensuring standards are maintained without constant supervision
